MySummers.Com is operated by Camp Finders, Inc., a Florida Corporation
(hereafter referred to as the "Company"). The Company also operates a second web
site, Campfinders.com, which is designed to assist children and their parents in
identifying camps or programs that may be suitable for the summer. The Company
operates this web site to facilitate the advertising of employment opportunities
by the owners and operators of camps, and to assist potential employees in
communicating with potential employers. These efforts are undertaken in a manner
consistent with the Terms and Conditions of Use which outlines the rights and
responsibilities of the Company, the user/employee candidate, and prospective
employers. The Company encourages you as the user to read and understand the
Terms and Conditions of Use. The privacy interests of the Company are clear. We
will use or best efforts to ensure that you have the opportunity to use the site
in a safe and secure manner and the information supplied by you is used only for
the purposes for which this site exists.
This page sets forth our policy regarding the information being supplied by you
as a user to the Company through the web site. As stated in the Terms and
Conditions for Use, the Company acts merely as a pass through or conduit for
information and is not itself an employer. In order for potential employers and
employment candidates to engage in meaningful communication, the owners and
operators of the camps provide listings of employment opportunities and
subscribe to the site. Through this subscription process, potential employers
learn of the interest of the employee/candidate by the receipt of an e-mail
message that includes the resume information provided as a part of the user
registration process.
Disclosure of Information
With two exceptions, the Company does not disclose the information you provide
to anyone without your prior consent. First, the information you provide is
supplied to employer/subscribers to this site. As described below, you elect
what information to provide as a part of the registration process and that
information is supplied once that process has been completed. We have no other
information about you and do not seek to collect such information. Second, when
necessary or appropriate, the Company will provide the information to assure
compliance by the Company with all applicable laws, in legal proceedings where
such information is relevant, or where we determine such disclosure to be
necessary to protect the rights of others or to prevent harm.
The Registration Process
When you examine the web site, you will see that you as a user/employee
candidate have the opportunity to complete a registration form. All of the
information sought by that form, except for your name and e-mail address, is
optional. Obviously, you can influence the employment process by disclosing or
failing to disclose information deemed necessary by the potential employer. The
choice, however, of what information to supply is your and yours alone.
Once you have completed the registration process, the web site is designed o
send that information automatically via e-mail to those employer/subscribers
that are targeted. The owners and operators of those camps then will contact by
telephone or e-mail those individuals in whom they have an interest.
As currently structured, the web site acts simply as a pass through or venue for
information and has no obligation, and assumes no obligation to screen
communications or information supplied by users in advance and is not
responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by users. Additionally,
the web site is not a searchable database by you or a potential employer. Thus,
once your resume is posted and transmitted, that information cannot be recalled
by those camps that subscribed at the time of your posting, or any camps that
subscribe after your posting. You should feel free to revisit the site if your
search continues and re-register with us.
Online Security
When you register with us, your personal details and information are scrambled
using SSL encryption technology before being sent over the Internet. Although we
cannot guaranty encryption of the privacy of your personal details, SSL makes it
very difficult for your information to be stolen or intercepted while it is
being transferred.

Communications by Children
This web site specifically does not collect information on children. To the
extent that a child seeks employment with a camp, you will note that this site
is limited to employee candidates who are at least 18 years of age.

This page sets forth the Company's current statement regarding the privacy of
users of the site. We may change this policy from time to time and will post
those changes here so you can determine the policy that applies at any given
point in time. The date of the current version of the policy is noted on his
